Let me introduce you to 'The Amazing 3 in one Crackerjack' a vintage piece no less ;o)
A kitsch-tastic little tool for cracking nuts, crab and lobster claws and crushing ice cubes, every house should own one...
If your stuck for a gift then this is the one to give...
Any occasion would warrant a crackerjack! (I would love to see the parents face on receipt of this at a christening).
So what does this incredible tool look like:
Ta-da!! So who's up for busting some nuts??
And remember ladies...
You cant argue sweet nuts with the crackerjack squirrel, he's in the know!
(Should have had a Crackerjack!)
Ta ta for now my lovelies

Oh Scarlett! Hilarious. Spurted my morning tea out. :)
ReplyDeleteIn your words Scarlett "it's kitsch-tastic!" x

A most useful piece of kit! I love it!
ReplyDeleteBwahahahaa. The packaging IS kitsch-tastic (the item is perhaps a little bit craptastic - it looks like an evil dental instrument). A lovely gift and gleefully 50's passive aggressive way to tell your friends - nuts to you!
ReplyDeleteWow feel kinda bad for the lobster! Awesome illustrations tho haha :)
ReplyDeletewhahahaha Im up for busting some nuts! the bigger the better ahahaha and that crackerjack tool is sooo big! love the box, as you said, kitsch-tastic! and the cute squirrel with a mouth full of nut and the sayins is just..funny!! for all occasion huh? hahaha
ReplyDeleteLiving with 4 males, I think this could come in handy. "Right, clean up this pig-sty NOW or crackerjack's coming out of the box!"
ReplyDeleteFancy a giveaway competition?
That is genius, Scarlett! I have a lobster loving pal (Lidl, he isn't that flash) who'd adore that! Isn't the packaging darling? xxx
ReplyDeleteProbably works really well, better than the lobster crackers I have at the moment ( would add pic but am away on holiday)
ReplyDeleteOh Gawd, now I have Sir Mix a Lot on the brain again! (And yes, it happens quite a lot, must be the preponderance of big butts around here!)
ReplyDeleteLooks like a handy tool, heheh.
Enjoyed your nut cracking post.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great piece of vintage kitchenalia! I've recently seen a nut cracker that actually looks like a squirrel! I'm really wanting one.. I am forever lost without one at Christmas time! xxx
ReplyDeleteReally 'cracking' up now! The box is even better then the tool!
ReplyDeleteI love this piece of equipment!
ReplyDeleteBee happy x
