If I cant have the champers then I'll settle for the crates! These were £2 each and are going to be used for storage. Just love the print. The guy selling them had loads so restrained myself to only having two but I'm now thinking if he is there again this week I might buy a couple more ;o).
Vintage sheet and 2 pillow cases - £1.
Vintage side table which the seller had painted (saving me a job) - £4.
Lavender Ladies jug and sugar bowl - 50p for the pair.
Cherry print crop blouse - £1.
Not vintage but very pretty Jasper Conran dress - £1
And one more little thing I couldnt resist buying:
Oh yes Rainbow Brite :o)
Short and sweet for me today. I'm also very excited as am taking delivery of a rather fabulous dressing table which I bagged on ebay AND I have found a jumble sale to go to tomorrow!! One very happy Scarlett :o)
Have a great Friday Night and a wonderful weekend my lovelies.
Mega jealous of those bargainous crate's xx
ReplyDeleteBrilliant crates and equally brilliant vintage sheets! I haven't been booting for ages - you've spurred me back into it!

Nice little table. I’d be wanting to stencil on it.
ReplyDeleteYay to the bolly box! Looking forward to a photo of how you use them. I was lucky getting 3 from freecycle - a local offlicence didn't know what to do with them so divvied them up amongst people who responded. Can't decide where to put them yet.
ReplyDeleteLove the little table - really charming. x
Wow you did well! I love the little jug and sugar bowl and could easily shoe horn that table into my abode! I have a few of those wine boxes and I love them!

Good Lord you find thee most amazing finds where to start.....on favorites!
ReplyDeleteIf you want an excuse to buy more of the crates, they make brilliant planters for salad and herbs. Just drill some holes in the bottom for drainage, and if you treat with a coat or two of Danish Oil they will last for years (mine 3 years old outside all year and good as new). Look beautiful filled with some Lollo Rosso. Love that sweet Jaspar Conran dress - v.v. pretty. xxx
ReplyDeleteThis really sparks a memory in me, I used to always love collecting 'posh shopping' bags, even if I couldn't afford the clothes, the idea of having the elusive bag on display was enough for me. I love the champers crates so much. Who said storage couldn't be glamourous! xxx
ReplyDeleteI know a place where you can get as many wooden wine crates you like for a donation to charity. Up to you how much you want to donate. If you'd like to know where it is, email me. Though it is a wee bit from London.
