How fabulous is this Orla Kiely bag! Even better is that 50p of the bag price is divided between CLIC Sargent Cancer Care for children and The Royal College of Art. If you would like to know more about the amazing work CLIC Sargent does click here.
So for £4 a bag I think everyone should grab one (or a few!), its a guilt free purchase :o)

That's a cracker. I think about six people in Australia would know the name Orla Kiely.
ReplyDeleteI saw this in my branch of Tescos, walked around with it on my arm then had a chat with myself and had to be sensible as the last thing I need is ANOTHER bag for life, especially as I have a tendancy to forget them when I actually go shopping!
ReplyDeleteVictoria xx
That is a beauty all the better for helping good causes. I'm still wearing an Orla Kiely silk scarf which came free with Marie Claire about 7 years ago. xxx
ReplyDeleteIs it going to be another debacle like the Cath Kidston bags I wonder? Lets hope not and they learned the lesson and actually send them out to all the stores this time!
ReplyDeleteLove it! What a wonderful bag and helping a good cause - love your vintage compact too!
ReplyDeleteHave a great day,
Kathy
Great bag, great cause, how could you NOT get one?
ReplyDeleteI got me one also. It's a great bag. vEry strong and carries loads.
ReplyDeleteOh I love it!!! I have a thing for bags! :)Alyssa of Boston Bee
ReplyDeleteOrla is waaayyy better than Cath any day! But like F&M, I have about ten bags for life! (Still might be tempted if they have them in my branch...)
ReplyDeleteWhat a very cool bag! I'm glad you got one and I'm sure you will use it to shop! Great design on it and great cause! hugs, Linda

ReplyDeletei am so naughty that i got 3! but already two people have asked for them.. i might be nice!
ReplyDeleteI have one of those too. They're almost too nice to use for food shopping though!
ReplyDeleteVery cute! I'd never heard of Orla Kiely. Good to know *winks* I feel ever so much more worldly after visiting your blog Scarlett *winks* And that's a very good price for a good cause. Vanna
ReplyDeleteOh that's rather funky!
ReplyDeleteI keep looking in my local Tesco but they never have them grrrr! Love the design, even better that its for charity
ReplyDeleteThat's a really nice shopping bag! I always take my own re-usable bags to the supermarket.. I feel bad about taking plastic bags.. I leave that to the rest of the uncaring population! xxx
ReplyDeleteI have SO many 'bags for life' - I'm so forgetful that I'm always forgetting to take them with me when I go shopping. Still they always come in handy. We got one of these a couple of weeks ago - Ben loves it - he's so metrosexual!
ReplyDeleteHow lovely! My supermarkets only have boring plain coloured bags on offer. Although at least the one for breast cancer was a pretty hot pink!
ReplyDeleteHow have I only just come across this?! I love, love, love Orla Kiely - her prints are just knockout! £4 is a bargain :-)
ReplyDeleteJem xXx
